The First Interstate Center for the Arts Box Office is located just east of the venue entrance doors (across the breezeway). The on-site box office is only open on days of ticketed events from 10AM until showtime.
Advance Ticket Purchases
Tickets for First Interstate Center for the Arts events can be purchased online 24/7 at TicketsWest.com.
To ensure you receive the best possible service, receive your tickets promptly and to ensure you are not purchasing counterfeit or stolen tickets, we urge all of our ticket purchasers to make their purchase through TicketsWest.com.
No other provider has been authorized by First Interstate Center for the Arts to sell, re-sell or auction tickets. The First Interstate Center for the Arts is unable to guarantee the validity of other third-party ticket purchases.
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the venue Box Office on the day of the event from 10 AM up until show time. Ticket purchasers must present a picture ID, the confirmation number, and the actual credit card used to place the order when picking up tickets.
The First Interstate Center for the Arts is not responsible for stolen or damaged tickets. If you have lost your tickets, please click here.
There are no refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased. If an event is canceled and rescheduled, patrons will receive the new performance information through the email address provided at the point of sale.
If a performance is canceled (and is not re-scheduled), refunds will be issued at the original point of purchase. If you purchased your tickets via the internet or phone your order will automatically be refunded to the original card used for purchase.

All patrons of the First Interstate Center, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission, including children and babes in arms. Please note that many ticketed events at the First Interstate Center are not appropriate for preschool-age/small children.
