Ticket holders who purchased with a credit card will automatically be refunded to the original card used for the purchase. Please be aware that it may take your financial institution additional time to process the refund and have it reflected on your account.
Customers who purchased tickets through a private seller/third-party/secondary market must return to that seller for support.
