COVID Restrictions: (required until further notice)

To provide a safe environment for audience members, performers, and staff as live entertainment returns to Spokane, proof of vaccination is required for audience members over the age of 12 at STCU Best of Broadway performances at the First Interstate Center for the Arts.

All Patrons and staff members over the age of 5 must wear face coverings over nose and mouth while inside the venue. Masks may be adjusted while actively eating or drinking.

Only children under the age of 12 and people with a qualifying medical condition or sincerely held religious belief preventing vaccination may attend without proof of vaccination. Unvaccinated individuals 12 and older must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen or rapid PCR test (administered by a pharmacist, clinician or medical professional). Tests must be taken within 72 hours of the performance start time.

Please be aware that social distancing is not feasible for seating or common areas.

Inspired by the beloved films, the romantic and adventure-filled new musical ANASTASIA is on a journey to Spokane at last!

From the Tony Award®-winning creators of the Broadway classic Ragtime, this dazzling show transports us from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past. Pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer determined to silence her, Anya enlists the aid of a dashing conman and a lovable ex-aristocrat. Together, they embark on an epic adventure to help her find home, love, and family.

ANASTASIA features a book by celebrated playwright Terrence McNally, a lush new score by Stephen Flaherty (music) and Lynn Ahrens (lyrics) with direction by Tony Award® winner Darko Tresnjak.
